DON'T DELAY as the 2008 minting year is closing soon for the 2009's to be made- and premiums may go back up as demand will increase.
Unlike many other sellers, these coins are IN STOCK and will ship out within 1-2 days upon payment!
No need to read all the way to the bottom of a listing to find out they are a 'pre-sale' in some well hidden text.
This listing is for 1 roll or tube of 20 - 1 ounce 2008 American Silver Eagle Uncirculated coins .999 bullion. These are IN STOCK and will out the next day after payment, from a fresh green monster box. . Note - I don't search thru the rolls, nor have any interest in paying a PCGS or NGC another $7-10 for grading plus Fedex costs for the round trip and the latest ebay fee plan.
I have been searching for months all over various websites, calling and e-mailing many bullion houses to find a source that has PHYSICAL possession and reasonable premiums above the spot price. It seems no one has the product to offer for immediate shipment, but most houses are willing to take your money up front to "lock you in" and have you wait 8-12 weeks for delivery (now I keep seeing Feb or March of 2009 on silver bullion on various sites). Oh, and if you decide to cancel your order, you are eligible for their cancellation fees. I just find that completely unacceptable and thus any bar or bullion I sell, I have in hand and available for IMMEDIATE delivery. You will receive the product usually within a week after payment. (I keep finding that my USPS Priority shipments to CA <from NJ> aren't necessarily arriving in the 3 days that USPS promotes, but does NOT guarantee). I'll have them in the mail usually in 1-2 days though.
One of my buddies bought some "in stock" bullion the first week of September from a very, recognizable name brand house. He immediately sent off a bank check via Priority mail. It took 14+ days to have that payment post to his account. They just told him this week, he should expect shipment top be made at the end of October. So basically 55-60 days to receive delivery on an in stock item. Don't settle for that shabby treatment and get immediate delivery while my supplies last. In this market, where metal physical possession is key, I can't guarantee when and if I can get more and at what prices. My last 3 purchases of silver bars and bullion coins have increased in premium each time and coins have jumped $2-3 per ounce. Actually, my dealer has had his allotment cut in half last week and is up $2 more premium above spot in the past 2 weeks.

RETURN POLICY
98% of the coins I sell are certified and graded by a 3rd party grading company (TPG) - PCGS, NGC, ICG, ANACS, etc. (the major and most credible ones). Each grading company ultimately has a guarantee on the coins they grade and slab, which may be different from each other. Please be aware of the grading company's coins policies are that you are buying.
Before any returns are accepted, you must contact me via e-mail or phone to discuss the specific issues with the item being returned within three days of recepit of the coin(s). Please take into consideration that "I am not a professional coin grader." If you disagree with the grade on the holder, you can take that up with the grading service and not me! Buyers remorse and third party grading issues are not valid reasons for a return and therefore will incur some special return fees. A broken slab or gross misrepresentation of the item are valid reasons for a return and a full refund will be issued. However, the original shipping package and USPS proof of damage if applicable must be returned inside another package in order to process your return for a full refund. No package or no USPS verification of damaged shipping slip, no refund, no exceptions! The buyer will then have the option for an exchange or a full refund. You have 7 days to return the item, the USPS delivery confirmation date will be used as reference. Customer satisfaction is my number one goal! Window shoppers have been costing me a bit of money and time, therefore the changes in my new return policy are for my protection as well as that of the serious buyer. For those items that do not meet the new return policy criteria, you will receive a refund minus all shipping fees, Ebay fees and a 20% restocking fee.
SOME VERY IMPORTANT FACTORS THAT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED BEFORE INVESTING IN THE RARE COIN MARKET
RISK: The purchase of coins is highly speculative and involves substantial risk. As in other markets, coin prices can be extremely volatile and will rise and fall depending upon market conditions. Therefore, before purchasing coins, you should first have adequate cash reserves and other assets to absorb a potentially significant loss.
HOLDING PERIOD: Historically, few coins have appreciated dramatically in the short term. Therefore, purchasers should recognize that it may well be necessary for them to hold coins for a 3 - 5 year period, or even a 5 - 10 year period, to have any chance of realizing a significant gain.
