C94M, very scarce, rare and highly sought after MINT NEVER HINGED Souvenir Sheet w/OG and G-VG corners. ONLY 20k sheets issued. This sheet measures 108x146mm, has a very small "black ink spot" lower right bottom corner just to top of the right design(see front scan), when sheet is held at an angle in light source very mild/minor surface "scratches" can be seen(does not impact the paper) and gum side has customary "print off set". This "print off set" is very common on many PRC issues and is due to printing process of laying sheets on top of each other before ink completely dries. A lack of quality control. As mentioned in Scott catalog this sheet "almost always has some faults". All mentioned here for accuracy. Please review scan as it will be considered part of description.
