This is a True Auction - there is no reserve, a low starting bid, and no rigged (shill) bidding !

No Paypal payments accepted for bullion items, exept from buyers with confirmed Paypal addresses in the USA, Canada, and Great Britain. Checks and money orders for bullion items must clear before shipment.

I do not end auctions early unless there is a major error in the description or a malfunction.

All lots are shipped insured via US Mail, except for very inexpensive items (which go First-Class US Mail). Expensive items are sent registered/insured US Mail. Insurance on international shipments is limited to about $40 or less. I can not be responsible for any losses in excess of $40 on international shipments !

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days from receipt for a full refund. Coins removed from their individual sealed holders may not be returned. This includes original Mint packaging, 3rd-party grading service holders, or any rigid plastic holder. Due to fluctuations in bullion prices, bullion-related items may not be returned if the bullion price declines significantly after auction close (but you get to keep it if the bullion price goes way up !). However, I guarantee that all items are genuine and they are what the description states.

The stated grades are my honest opinion, or the opinion of a reputable 3rd party grading service.

Important Note:
Because most of my auctions have no reserve and a low starting bid, I reserve the right to void this auction if the eBay web site is not functioning properly (due to any reason other than regularly scheduled weekly eBay maintenance) for a significant portion of the duration of this auction. This also applies to my image hosting site (ixWebhosting). A "significant portion" is defined as 25% or more of the entire duration, or at any time during the last 5 hours. Fortunately, that has never happened, and I have never canceled an auction.
