A very nice first day cover from 1943 it also says on it duty free national revenue feb 13 1948 is also stamped on it two yrs after the post mark on it.The post mark on it says San Rafael Feb 12:30 pm 1943 Calif on it.Hitler is on the envelope with him getting his butt kicked by a donkey.
