This catalogue is fully revised and corrected previous issue, with addition of the new parts and modern assessment. This is the most complete edition for nowadays. The catalogue presents proofs, essays, specimen, imperforated stamps, printing rejects etc. The most interesting are the stamps from World War I and Russian civil war periods.
