AND NUMEROUS Semi-keys, teens, 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's and Steels galore-- too many to mention--including Indian Heads!!!!
Realistically, don't expect to find a key date or semi-key date in every roll, but know that they are very plentiful as our feedback attests...
In the interest of building a better eBay community DO contact us by e-mail with questions, concerns or comments before leaving feedback--we value good communication! We feel it is the foundation of great customer/seller relationships.. a goal to which we are totally committed!!! We thank you for your interest in our Dad's collection and WELCOME you to Mucho-Cents!
Flying eagles, Indian Heads, Lincoln cents, Key dates, Semi-key dates, All mint marks--Teens, 20's, 30's, 40's 50's GALORE!! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity!! Our Dad's massive rare Lincoln Wheat cent collection selling here exclusively on eBay! Over 70+ years of collecting~ Over a MILLION Lincoln What pennies, plus Indian Heads and Flying Eagles, offered in professionally bank-rolled shotgun rolls--All mixed together, including "key dates," "semi-key-dates," "teens with mint marks," "30's with mint marks," "searched and unsearched 1909-1958",,,,,This is your chance for easily finding all of those special Wheat cents and hard-to-find collectibles that you've dreamed of owning!!!
Note: that according to the latest coin pricing magazines and lists just out now-----that just since November 2006 even the least important Wheat cents (40's and 50's) which then commanded 20--25 cents each in just 'good' condition now command at least 35-40 cents each--and most usually quite a bit more--especially in the higher grades. Many have doubled and tripled in value in just the last 8 months! At that rate, a roll of 50 coins would be worth a bare minimum of $17.50--$19.50---far more than the purchase price of $6.99 asked for in this auction--and that's not factoring in the many mint marks, keys dates and semi-keys, teens, 20's and 30's that Dad had that we know are in this mix--coins ranging from AG-BU--that take the value of these rolls even higher! Add to that the excitement of the search and the potential of finding some of the many mint marks, semi-keys, and keys that were so plentiful in Dad's collection and you're looking at a really good deal! Also keep in mind that Memorial penny production ceases in 2008 which means that Lincoln Wheat pennies will become much rarer and even more collectible, as a result. And if the U.S. Mint decides to stop producing the penny altogether due to the high cost to produce it--an idea that Congress is considering, who can predict where the prices will go?!! With all that in mind, what do you have to lose?
HISTORY BEHIND THESE ROLLS
Offered in this auction are literally many thousands of professionally shotgun rolled Wheatback Lincoln cents that were collected over the lifetime (1921--2004) of our father who died suddenly at the age of 83, leaving his entire collection to his three children--a collection nearly filling an entire room in his home--which we have since dubbed his "Gold Room." We knew he loved coins, but absolutely nothing like this!
Our Dad dearly loved collecting Lincoln cents and would have wanted them to be in the hands of others who would love owning them and would appreciate them as much as he did.
You won't find Dad's entire collection of rare coins in just one roll, and judging from the feedback we've been receiving via e-mail and the feedback forum, customers can feel confident when they bid that the potentially plentiful key-dates, semi-keys, BU Wheats, 10's, 20's, 30's,40's, 50's, Steels, Flying Eagles and Indian Heads from Dad's huge collection are in these rolls waiting to be found. There have been more great coins found in the last several auctions--as reflected in the feedback--than can be found in months of sales by other Wheat roll auction sellers elsewhere on eBay--One glance at the large gaps of time in between "coin finds" on other sites and doing the math will convince you--and hence help you decide where your money will be best spent.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own some of the most sought after Lincoln cents from 1909-1958 that you'll ever see offered on eBay. His coins are reflective of the exciting years and lower mintages that everyone loves to find as a collector. Dad's retirement years were in California but his travels and military career took him all over the country and these coins reflect that diversity, as well!
Collections like this don't come along very often, if ever, in this size and scope!! Dad socked away coins at a time when finding real gems was still possible every day and he did--bringing home hundreds of bags of them in the mid 1940's--and continuing to buy more well into the late 1950's--when he heard that they were going to stop producing them to make the new Memorial cents. Those days are now long gone. Here's your chance to pick up some really great, hard-to-find coins at a really outstanding price. There will be real excitement and diversity in every roll, so the more you buy the better your chances are of picking up some truly great key dates, mint marks and great heart-stopping Lincoln Wheat cents.......along with the same excitement Dad had while searching through bags and bank rolls, as he did years ago, finding rare coins among the many other Wheats in circulation at the time.
The entire collection is going to be offered here exclusively on eBay....so when it's gone, so is the opportunity of finding the treasures that lie within. Good luck in finding the coins you've always dreamed of owning!! Act fast! Don't miss out on this opportunity! Bid now! Let part of Dad's "Gold Room" become part of yours!!! Thank You for your interest in Mucho-Cents and Happy Bidding!!! © Copyright 2006 KW c
